Our fees

The following fee ranges are provided on the basis of one applicant, without any applications for dependants. Applications for related multiple applicants may be charged at different rates. In all cases we will provide you with an individual fee based on your particular circumstances after we have received full details of your application from you. The fee ranges provided are based on applications where you comply with the relevant immigration rules and there are no factors that may make your application non-standard.

The fees do not include the costs of any appeals.

In all cases we will charge on a fixed-fee basis, which will depend on the seniority and experience of the lawyers who will assist you with your immigration application. Our hourly rates range from £150 to £300.

Fee earner category and applicable rates:

Director: £400

Solicitors with 3 years + experience: £250

Solicitors with 3 years – experience: £200

Trainees, caseworkers and paralegals: £ 150

Our fees do not include Home Office fees or any disbursements which may apply.

Some of the common disbursements which may apply depending on your circumstances include:

Interpreting usually charged at £25-30 per hour for interpreting, £15 per hour for travel and expenses

Expert reports from medical specialists, social workers or country or origin experts – fees vary
